Please don’t consider last minute attempts to disrupt the good work done by your committee. Keep the districts you have painstakingly put together. Voters want fair and honest districts. Thanks for your time and hard work. I listened to several hearings and know how hard this was.

Please respect the final set of redistributing set forth by the nonpartisan decision. Rejection of Barnett and Kottwitz’s change is important for our democracy. Thanks for your attention.

I am writing to ask that you reject any maps that could be influenced by ongoing, unreported lobbying to gerrymander legislative districts for the GOP. I ask that you reject maps being pushed by Commissioners Barnett and Kottwitz and support maps drawn by nonpartisan staff which is the intention of your commission. Thank you. -- Team CDP

Hi, I am writing to voice my support for the legislative maps that are being drawn by the non-partisan staff on the commission. I urge the commission to reject any maps that are submitted by partisan commission members or that may have been created with the help of partisan organizations. Reid Hayhow

I and my fellow Coloradans voted for nonpartisan redistricting commissions to avoid gerrymandering resulting in unfair voting districts. Please keep the process transparent and nonpartisan, as preferred by Coloradans, by rejecting any maps that could be tarnished by the ongoing, unreported lobbying to gerrymander legislative districts for the GOP.

I want to share my preference for the redistributing of the legislative maps. I totally support the maps being presented by the nonpartisan committee. I hope you will truly consider my preference in having a fair and equitable districts.

If it is true, you should reject any maps on redistricting that have not been reviewed and vetted by the Independent Redistricting Commissions. It is important that we support our Independent Redistricting Commission.

I wish to express my full support of the currently proposed congressional districts, but also to just as strongly reject the maps being pushed by Commissioners Barnett and Kottwitz. We don't need partisanship injected in the drawing of these maps. I fully support the maps already drawn by the nonpartisan staff. Thank you. Carl Hamm

I am writing to urge you to take a stand for transparency by rejecting any maps that could be tarnished by the ongoing, unreported lobbying to gerrymander legislative districts for the GOP. I would implore you to reject maps being pushed by Commissioners Hunter Barnett and Aislinn Kottwitz and support maps drawn by nonpartisan staff. Barnett and Kottwitz are working with non-disclosing and unregistered GOP operatives lobbying to shove through a last-minute set of maps to the Supreme Court that would fundamentally alter the make-up of the state senate and house, almost certainly ensuring control for Colorado Republicans over the next decade. This is a mockery of everything that Independent Redistricting Commissions are meant to stand for. Thank you for your consideration during this process. Patty Coen
