I am concerned that Commissioners Barnett and Kottwitz are undermining the non-partisan redistricting system by submitting their own maps. Please do not allow them to push through partisan maps.

Please use the map that the staff was recommended. Avoid attempts by the Republicans to gerrymander this

Dear Commissioners: Thank you for your tireless work on these important projects, and although you certainly will not be able to please everyone, I am pleased to see that you did listen to the comments and interviews with Colorado citizens., and the maps that have been created do reflect that. (I personally liked your second Congressional map, and I do appreciate what the Legislative map did for HD 50. Please do not let members of your coalition try and bully you into different results. You have followed the State elected mandate well and no single member, group or party should be able to submit any other options than what you and your staff have submitted. Thanks

I urge the commission to adhere to the non-partisan mandate for the redistricting commission. And in that spirit I ask that the commission keep the maps put together by the non-partisan commission staff and reject the maps put forward by two Republican members ( Barnett and Kottwitz) of the commission. Thank You.

Stick with the Independent Commission map. That's what we voted for

It was a difficult job to settle on the maps you have produced. Congratulations and thank you. I am concerned that Commissioners Hunter Barnett (R) and Aislinn Kottwitz (R) are trying to further alter the districts to give unfair advantage to the GOP. We Coloradoans have had enough with this type of political machinations. Stick to your guns. You did a good job.

Dear Commissioners,
I urge you to take a stand for transparency by rejecting any proposed maps that could be tarnished by the ongoing, unreported lobbying to gerrymander legislative districts for the GOP. Please reject the maps being proposed and pushed by Commissioners Barnett and Kottwitz and support the maps drawn by the nonpartisan staff.
Thank you,
Anne J Ercolani

My understanding is that there is an effort to dismiss non-partisan maps in favor of maps intentionally biased in favor of Republicans. The Commission was established to avoid just such a scenario and I'm asking the Commission honor the voters intent and deliver the non-partisan maps for approval by the CO Supreme Court.
