Errata Filing to Colorado Supreme Court (including corrections to Exhibits 1, 7, and 11):

In preparing the electronic Colorado Senate map for submission to the Court, a portion of a neighborhood block within the City of Northglenn in Senate District 25 was erroneously joined with the neighboring City of Thornton in Senate District 24, as shown highlighted in yellow below.

This was an electronic scrivener’s error in preparing the Final Approved Senate Plan for submission to the Colorado Supreme Court, as the plan the Commission voted on and approved on October 12, 2021, included the highlighted block in Senate District 25. This page updates all reports and materials from the initial supreme court submission to reflect the correction.
