Gina Gloria Lee
I am the president of a digital advertising agency called IMM. I have been at IMM for the past 13 years, having worked my way up from the VP level.
I have a high school diploma from Franklin High School in Seattle, WA, a BA in Mass Communications from the University of California at Berkeley, and an MBA from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
I have donated to the Clinton (2016) and Biden (2020) campaigns.
I am the Vice President of the Rocky Mountain Golden Bears which is an association for alumni of UC Berkeley.
I have no such experience.
I'd like to perform my civic duty, and helping Colorado draw its districts seems like a meaningful way to contribute to the future of the state I adopted more than 13 years ago and that's given me so much.
As the president of an ad agency, I'm expert at creating fair processes to give and receive feedback, have a dialogue, and then make a decision. The trick is to have everyone agree to the process so that regardless of the outcome, everyone will agree that the decisions were arrived at fairly.
As a digital advertiser, I use data to inform all of my decisions. In addition to my considerable skills in manipulating spreadsheets, the use of demographic and other data to target consumers for advertising clients feels like a relevant skillset for this endeavor.
