I have a middle school-aged son, and I have had a volunteer position on the PTO of his charter school. The PTO organizes events that create camaraderie in the school community and puts on fundraisers that support the teachers and students.


I am proud to live in a state that supports fair elections by wanting to make sure that our districts are drawn fairly. I would like to assist in this important work.

I am an analytical person, and appreciate the technical aspects of this project. In previous jobs, I have excelled at communicating technical concepts in layman's terms. This is often helpful in helping colleagues understand a solution and therefore promoting consensus. I pride myself on being an empathetic person, That quality helps me appreciate different sides to a situation which assists me in being fair and impartial.
