As a member of the CSC I had to navigate both school-based needs against budget constraints and community needs.

I am interested in making sure that we are best representing all of our communities to ensure the most fair representation for all.

I am always looking for ways to find the common thread between groups of people and individuals - I enjoy being around different groups and finding the things that bring us all together.

In my profession (and at home) I look for ways to solve the problem and get the client what they need. I am good at information-seeking and asking questions in a non-threatening, diplomatic way to make sure a sound decision can be made.
