I have been a career long contributor to numerous campaigns financially and in- kind. I have donated office space to numerous campaigns at my former building at 38th an d Lowell hosting the Ken Salazar, Attorney General and Senate Campaigns; Michale Bennet,; Obama; Udall; Crisanta Duran; Arturo Jimenez and other campaigns. I have been a significant contributor at all levels of candidacies. Candidates supported include Andres Romanoff for Congress; Jason Crow; Betsy MArkey; John Salazar; Diane Bush; Ed Perlmutter; Diane DeGette; Joe Neguse; Jared Polis; John Hickenlooper; and the Joe Biden and Kamala Harris campaigns. I have also contributed nationally to numerous candidate for numerous years.

Organization and Advocacy Experience

See resume. Served as Co-Chair of the Colorado Latino Forum for 4 1/2 years with Polly Baca as my fellow co-chair. I was a participant in a map drawing task force with the Forum in conjunction with MALDEF. We drew a competing Congressional district map to the Republican and Democratic maps.

I believe my broad, deep and life long community, political, and professional experience combined with the experience of having drawn a congressional map presented by the Colorado Latino Forum in conjunction with MALDER, makes me well uniquely suited to serve on the commission. My life long commitment demonstrates my passion, competence and commitment to fairness in civil rights, diversity, educationa opportunity and professional excellence.

Statement on Working with Consensus

Professionally, I am a real estate broker who strives to create a win-win scenarios in real estate transactions dealing with a myriad of issues, personalities, and motivations. As a landlord, particularly in a COVID environment, I am presented situations where I must be fair but firm as regards manuevering obstacles presented.

I am a serial entrepreneur in a variety of of industries and professions. I have been successful and received recognition from numerous political, civic, community and professional organizations.
