As an attorney for over 40 years, including 26 years as a county attorney, I have applied the law to the facts and provided clients with good advice and solutions to legal problems. I have assisted the Boulder County Board of County Commissioners in their decennial redistricting decisions in 1991, 2001, and 2011, applying the relevant constitutional and statutory guidelines to the facts in Boulder County.
