Lorene Jacqueline Agan
Airport Relations and Properties Director with The Hertz Corporation since 2002
MBA from University of Dallas BS from Southern Methodist University
I would like to play a role in ensuring that Colorado districts are not developed with gerrymander techniques.
I am the Chairperson for several Industry and Airport committees. As the elected leader for these locations, I frequently negotiate with Cities, competitor brands, and other stakeholders. My professional reputation depends on my ability to impartially propose solutions, promote discussion on alternatives, and facilitate agreement via majority vote.
My job requires me to constantly problem solve around complex business issues. As a 35 year travel industry veteran, I rely on my experience and history to develop win win solutions to bridge competitive, operational, or financial issues. I can reason with CEOs, accountants, lawyers, and other stakeholders without emotion in order to identify the core issues. I excel at identifying and assimilating goals and priorities from competing interests in order to reach agreement and resolve conflicts based on objective facts.
